In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 5svip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all pending withdrawals frozen pending further investigation.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to a legal guardianship or other restriction on your legal capacity, you are not permitted to register.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself through 5svip's responsible gaming tools or mandated by a recognized gaming authority.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an officer, director, employee, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 5svip or any affiliated company.

5svip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One account per player: Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 5svip is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate contact or banking details provided by the Player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorized access to our support team in writing without delay.
• KYC verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete our KYC process by submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership. 5svip reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of source of funds, where required by our compliance obligations.
• Account suspension for non-compliance: 5svip may suspend or close any Account that fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request, or that provides documentation we are unable to verify as authentic.

All financial transactions on the 5svip Platform are denominated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), as well as Visa and Mastercard where supported.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review, which may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• 5svip does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be directed to a payment method registered under the same name as your verified 5svip Account.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed in under 5 minutes on average. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically complete within 15 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before completing KYC verification will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 5svip reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified via their registered email address if a withdrawal is under review.
• Any winnings derived from a Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5svip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific conditions stated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms before opt-in.
• Minimum deposit thresholds: Deposit-match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit, stated per promotion. Deposits below the threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• Validity period: Bonus funds and free spin winnings expire after the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from issue) if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; slot games vary by title; live casino table games and bandar bola (sports-betting market) bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• One active bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple welcome or deposit-match bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus abuse policy: 5svip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements, and use of multiple accounts. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Balance forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended.
• 5svip's right to amend or withdraw promotions: 5svip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a material change is made to an active promotion, affected players will be notified via their registered email address.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 5svip Platform across sports, live casino, togel, and other game categories:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only once a confirmation message is displayed in the Platform interface and a bet reference number is assigned. Bets placed during technical outages may be voided at 5svip's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market has stated minimum and maximum stake limits. 5svip reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits based on betting patterns, account history, or risk management requirements, with notice where practicable.
• Odds changes: Odds on sports markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are the odds applied to that bet, subject to the Platform's confirmation message.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, the market is suspended prior to settlement, there is a palpable error in the stated odds, or the outcome is determined to have been manipulated. Voided bets are refunded as Real Money Balance.
• Mix parlay rules: Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. One void leg may be removed from the accumulator at 5svip's discretion; the remaining legs continue to count.
• Togel draw results: All togel draw results are sourced from the officially published results of the relevant lottery operator (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau, and others as listed). 5svip is not the draw operator and does not control draw outcomes. Results are published on the Platform promptly after official announcement.
• Disputed results: Any dispute regarding a bet settlement must be raised with our support team within 72 hours of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed.

5svip is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraudulent activity on its Platform. By using 5svip, you agree to cooperate fully with our AML and fraud-prevention procedures, which include but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate and verifiable identity documentation upon request.
• Providing proof of source of funds for large deposits or cumulative high-volume activity, as determined by our compliance team.
• Not using the Platform to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity.
• Not using payment methods registered to third parties to fund your Account.

5svip reserves the right to freeze any Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending an AML investigation. Where required by our compliance obligations, 5svip may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

5svip takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may configure maximum daily session duration limits. Once the limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from 5svip by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure. Re-registration by a self-excluded player is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All content on the 5svip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content, and data compilations — is the property of 5svip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 5svip.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 5svip for presentation on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5svip's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform is limited to the net Real Money Balance held in that Player's verified Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• 5svip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• 5svip is not liable for service interruptions, Platform downtime, or loss of bets caused by internet connectivity failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• 5svip is not liable for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• 5svip does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions at all times. We endeavor to maintain the highest available uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
• Closure by 5svip for cause: 5svip may immediately suspend or permanently close an Account — and forfeit any Bonus Balance — if the Player: (a) breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provides false or misleading identity information; (c) engages in fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; (d) is found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) engages in any activity that 5svip reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• Return of Real Money Balance: Upon termination for cause, 5svip will return any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) to the Player's registered payment method, unless the funds are subject to an AML freeze or law enforcement order.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 5svip will notify the Player via their registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to an inactive account balance.

5svip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification on the Platform informing Players that the Terms & Conditions have been updated.
• Where the change materially affects Player rights, send an email notification to all registered Players at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5svip holds its offshore gaming license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

• Informal resolution: In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact our support team first at [email protected]. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
• Formal arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be referred to binding arbitration in the governing jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party bears their own legal costs unless the arbitration award expressly provides otherwise.
• No class actions: All disputes must be brought individually. You agree to waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim against 5svip.
• Applicable language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the definitive version. Any translation provided for convenience purposes is not legally binding.
